Information to provide

If you contact technical support with the technical question or problem, please provide the following information:

• SecureSafe Pro version and build (from About menu)
• Where did you get SecureSafe Pro (http or ftp site)
• Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP version (including service packs and other fixes installed), US or international, OEM or not
• Computer information: CPU type and speed, amount of memory installed
• Description of your problem (as much information as possible to describe the problem)
• Any additional information, which may help: the type of your hard drive, size and type of the partitions, versions of drivers in use (e.g. for Iomega ZIP drive) size of your media collection etc.
