If you have a problem or a question about SecureSafe Pro Password Manager, please contact our Technical Support Team at using the feedback form. Please inform us about the following:
  • SecureSafe Pro Password Manager version and build (from About menu)
  • SecureSafe Pro Password Manager registration code or user ID (if you're a registered user) – this will help us to process your request faster
  • Where did you get SecureSafe Pro Password Manager (http or ftp site)
  • Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP version (including service packs and other fixes installed), US or international, OEM or not
  • Computer information: CPU type and speed, amount of memory installed
  • Description of your problem (as much information as possible to describe the problem)
  • Any additional information, which may help: the type of your hard drive, size and type of the partitions, versions of drivers in use (e.g. for Iomega ZIP drive) size of your datafile etc.
